Not scored

English language proficiency does not appear anywhere in this grid. Quebec's PSTQ, unlike the federal CRS or Ontario's OINP, scores French only.

Equal scores are ranked by the date and time the expression of interest was submitted; earlier wins.

Scoring FAQ

What candidates ask once they see the grid.

Is English scored in the PSTQ?

No. Only French proficiency on the Échelle québécoise (levels 1 to 12) across four competencies is scored.

Why are some factors marked Partial?

Some source tables publish ranges or endpoints rather than every intermediate value. The calculator interpolates or midpoints those ranges and flags them as estimates.
