Does English count toward my PSTQ score?
No. English language proficiency is not a scored factor anywhere in the PSTQ points document. French is what matters for Quebec selection scoring.
When should I use this table?
Only for federal comparisons (for example Express Entry CRS), or to understand how your English results map to CLB. For PSTQ French scoring, use the TEF/TCF converter instead.
