Methodology
This calculator uses Quebec's official PSTQ points document (ministerial order of 20 June 2025, erratum 9 July 2025) as its primary source. Every verified factor cites that document; anything not fully confirmed is labeled "partial" rather than guessed.
This calculator scores you against the PSTQ points document explained below. It is an independent estimate, not an official score, and not eligibility.

What's fully verified vs. estimated
Every factor in the calculator carries one of two labels. Verified means the exact point table came from the primary source above. Partial / estimate means the source gave a range, an endpoint, or a level band rather than a complete table, and the calculator is using a stated approximation, flagged in the UI everywhere it appears.

What this program does not score
English language proficiency is not a scored factor anywhere in the PSTQ points document, unlike the federal CRS or Ontario's OINP tool. If you're used to an English-scoring calculator, this is the single biggest structural difference to understand about Quebec's grid.
